Risk Analyst

You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with partners, business support teams, and firmwide Risk teams to ensure the efficient resolution of legal and commercial conflicts identified through searches.
- Performing anti-money laundering updates by refreshing due diligence processes for existing clients.
- Managing complex confidentiality issues, including the implementation of information barriers and overseeing document security protocols.
- Reviewing engagement letters, outside counsel terms, and other contractual agreements related to client engagements.
- Assisting the team and risk management department with various tasks and initiatives.
